Yarding Yacht 27

Small is beautiful

Alongside Prestige 41, Jeanneau opened their new poweryacht brand with a much smaller model to instantly mark their place in the planned market territory.

The Prestige 27 was conceived and designed by the same team as the 41: J&J handled the concept, naval architecture, and deck and interior arrangement, while Garroni/Musi-Sale designed the exterior and the interior decoration.

Once again, the world inshore powerboat champion Michel Rousse led the development project at Jeanneau and added a number of brilliant details making the Prestige 27 a flyer. He also managed to scare the s**t out of us (and some nearby cows) during the trials at a 200-meter-long pond next to the shipyard by not cutting the 42 knots speed until he was 15 meters from the edge of the pond...

The innovative interior and cockpit with many new modular functionalities made the Prestige 27 another instant bestseller. Immediately following the presentation, Jeanneau made a joint venture deal with the Ferretti brothers, Alessandro and Norberto, and the two Prestige sisters (Prestige 41 and 27) became Yarding Yacht 42 and Yarding Yacht 27.
