J&J Design office wins the 2020 Rossinavi Design Challenge

At the Seatec show in Marina Carrara, Italy, the winner of the Rossinavi 2020 Design Challenge was announced. The jury, 2 journalists from the megayacht industry, 2 megayacht brokers, and Federico Rossi, the CEO of Rossinavi, reviewed 60 projects competing in the challenge.

The 50 m Rossinavi Green Explorer project of J&J Design was seen by the jury, with the words of David Seal “a good notch above other entries”, and was unanimously voted the winner of the design competition. At the jury’s opinion, the project stood out in 3 points: the project was complete without weak areas, the proposed hybrid system with microturbine generators is unique and efficient, and the owner area is ideally positioned without hurting the aesthetics. On exterior and interior design J&J cooperated with Studio YD.
